Landscaping work as part of the refurbishment and extension of an apartment building and the construction of a new timber-hybrid apartment building. - Demolition work incl. dismantling of brick wall - Earthworks - Construction of paved areas for parking spaces and paths using unbound construction methods, as well as a water-bound path surface in the public space, with specialist arboricultural construction supervision - Construction of edging using concrete curbs or bound stretcher courses - Installation of an electric sliding gate, fencing, and swing door - Construction of angle retaining walls and concrete steps, as well as wall refurbishment - Construction of a rainwater purification, storage, and infiltration system, as well as a garden water tap, manholes, drainage channels, rainwater pipes incl. pipe trenches - Electrical connection of the sliding gate and cistern system - Installation of fencing - Installation of bicycle stands, mailbox systems, benches, and waste bin - Installation of playground equipment and sandbox edging - Creation of lawn areas and preparation of planting areas - Planting of four replacement trees - Maintenance of outdoor facilities (completion maintenance for trees and lawn areas) Procedure: open.
