Civil engineering and landscaping - Construction of a new DN 315 PVC stormwater sewer, length: approx. 15 meters- Construction of 1 inspection chamber (stormwater), DN 1000- Construction of a new DA 63 SDR 11 PE 100 water pipeline, length: approx. 200 meters- demolish and remove approx. 4.300 m2 of existing asphalt surfaces,- excavate and transport approx. 3.200 m3 of existing base-course and soil material,- install approx. 1.900 m3 of frost-protection / crushed-stone base-course material,- construct approx. 320 m of stone edging made of large-format concrete slabs,- place approx. 75 precast concrete elements,- construct approx. 4.100 m2 of water-permeable asphalt base course,- construct approx. 4.200 m2 of concrete-block paving,- install various furnishings and equipment and signage elements,- install approx. 30 m of flat-steel riverbank railing,- create approx. 1.700 m2 of planting areas,- plant approx. 31 standard trees and specimen trees,- plant approx. 8.700 perennials, as well as- carry out 1-year establishment maintenance and- 3-year development maintenance.
