Flooring work, 4th construction phase The City of Seelze intends to subject the north wing of the Regenbogenschule to comprehensive modernization, renovation and structural optimization. This step already represents the fourth construction phase of the overall project, after the construction of a cafeteria extension was completed, an interim building was erected for the temporary accommodation of the affected classes, and the south wing was renovated. The services to be provided under the tender "Flooring work, 4th construction phase (BA)" essentially comprise the installation of rubber flooring, carpeting and prefabricated screed.
