Business liability insurance including environmental liability and environmental damage risks for the research establishment in the field of aeronautics and space, operation of research institutes and other research facilities, planning and implementation of research projects including the associated development and operational tasks; organization of events; for further information, see the model contract (which constitutes the specifications). Start of performance period: 01.01.2027 0:00 until 01.01.2028 0:00. The initial term of the framework contract is 12 months. After 01.01.2028, the contractual relationship shall be extended by one additional year at a time if no termination is made in due form and within the required period. However, it shall end no later than 01.01.2031, 0:00, without requiring termination.
