This framework agreement serves as the basis for the acquisition, by individual order, of single-tenant and multi-tenant licenses for the Snow Spend Optimizer product from the manufacturer Flexera, optional maintenance of the standard software, as well as services such as implementation, customization, operational support, and training. The product and service portfolio is set out in detail in the price sheet. This framework agreement and its future amendments apply to all call-offs by eligible purchasers of supplies and services that are the subject of this framework agreement. This framework agreement and its future amendments also apply to successor or additional products insofar as the contracting authority invokes it. Procedure: open.
