Opportunity description

The Authority for Justice and Consumer Protection intends to vacate a section of the current grounds of JVA Fuhlsbüttel that is no longer required for the prison system. For this purpose, it is planned to relocate the institutional functional units located on this section to the area that will continue to be used by constructing two new buildings. The current utilities infrastructure of JVA Fuhlsbüttel and the routes through the institutional grounds must be adapted due to the vacation of the section. To separate the remaining institutional grounds from the section to be vacated, the external security installations of JVA Fuhlsbüttel must also be partially redesigned and relocated. For this purpose, several existing institutional buildings must be dismantled completely or in part.// A total of 3 lift systems are to be installed at the JVA Fuhlsbüttel site. The construction of Building A, a training building with a ground floor and 3 upper floors and a gross floor area of approximately 4,300 m², is planned. Two lifts will be installed. One goods lift as a machine-room-less traction lift with car dimensions of 1,800 x 2,700 mm and a rated load of 2,500 kg. The lift has 2 stops (ground floor / 1st upper floor). On the 1st upper floor, it is a through-loading lift. The car is planned with impact protection in the standard design. One passenger lift with 4 stops (ground floor, 1st to 3rd upper floors), as a machine-room-less traction lift with a reduced shaft head. The load capacity is 1,000 kg with a rated speed of 1.0 m/s. The car is planned in the standard design. The construction of Building B, a garage and administration building with a ground floor and 3 upper floors and a gross floor area of approximately 2,000 m², is planned. One passenger lift with 4 stops (ground floor, 1st to 3rd upper floors) will be installed as a machine-room-less traction lift with a reduced shaft head. The load capacity is 1,000 kg with a rated speed of 1.0 m/s.
