The planning area extends across a northern and a southern plot, with buildings to be constructed on each: BA South Construction plot size: approx. 8,995 m2 maximum footprint: approx. 3,457 m2 (plinth floor) Gross volume: approx. 37,674 m3 (Category R) Gross floor area: approx. 7,128 m2 (Category R) Max. building height, top edge of parapet: 14.75 m BA North Construction plot size: approx. 11,960 m2 maximum footprint: approx. 7,549 m2 (plinth floor) Gross volume: approx. 89,887 m3 (Category R) Gross floor area: approx. 16,927 m2 (Category R) Max. building height, top edge of parapet: 21.80 m VE5.1b Screed works includes screed works in the North construction section, including mineral coating. The scope of work of the Contractor in the construction section includes, among other things, the manufacture, delivery and installation of: - Insulation layers (levelling layer/impact sound insulation) - (Heated) screeds, bonded screed - Entrance matting zones - Mineral coating Location of the construction site The construction area is bounded to the west by Apfelstraße and to the north by "Westerfeldstraße".
