Opportunity description
The subject of the invitation to tender is waste disposal services for the City of Haan. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1: Collection and transport of residual waste, organic waste and waste paper, as well as collection and transport of bulky waste (including large electrical appliances, waste wood and scrap metal) and Christmas trees, including container modification service. Lot 2: Collection and transport of waste containing hazardous substances. The various waste fractions must be collected from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 19:00, taking into account the statutory provisions, in particular the currently applicable Equipment and Machinery Noise Protection Ordinance, which generally permits collection in residential areas only from 07:00. Please refer to the procurement documents for all further details. The services in Lot 2 include the provision of a suitable mobile hazardous-waste collection unit for collecting waste from private households (as well as small quantities from commercial and service businesses) that, because of its particular pollutant content, requires separate disposal to safeguard the public welfare (hazardous waste within the meaning of Section 3(5) KrWG in conjunction with Section 48 KrWG and the Waste Catalogue Ordinance), and the transport of the collected waste to the delivery point. Please refer to the procurement documents for further details. Procedure: open. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
