Dresdner Kreuzchor Boarding School, Existing Building - Specialist structural design planning in accordance with § 51 in conjunction with Annex 14 HOAI for service phases 1-6 as well as special and additional services, commissioning in stages. The state capital Dresden, represented by the Office for Building Construction and Real Estate Management (AHI), is planning the conservation-compliant repair and modernization of the municipal property at the site of the Dresdner Kreuzchor boarding school (Ermelstraße 1 in 01277 Dresden). The contracting authority intends to make use of funding. The aim is to create contemporary conditions for living, learning and making music, following the example of the extension building already completed in 2020. Structural shortcomings are to be remedied through the modernization. The project will create the conditions for implementing a group concept and integrating the Kurrendaner who sleep off-site. Sub-objectives are: -Realization of a sustainable building that can be operated economically, with optimized construction costs. The comprehensive modernization and conversion of the listed building will sustainably improve the condition of the building.
