The existing daycare center in Gemmerich is to be extended. The construction of an extension with a cafeteria and fresh-food kitchen as well as an additional group room with the associated toilet facilities, ancillary rooms, and technical rooms is intended. The extension is to be connected to the existing building by a connecting wing. The extension and connecting wing are planned with a gross floor area (GFA) of 478.95 m² and a gross building volume of 2,164.15 m³. In addition, there will be approximately 110 m² of covered terraces. The extension is to be single-story. The existing building is currently heated by an oil heating system.
