Properties within the area of responsibility of VB-BW Freiburg Office, (not yet current) framework term contracts for design services for the district area, structural design services pursuant to §51 HOAI as well as "Special Services in Structural Design" and VDI 6200, 2010 edition, "Structural Safety of Buildings and Structures – Regular Inspections", framework agreement for specialist structural design services for properties of the State of Baden-Württemberg within the area of responsibility of the Freiburg Office of State Property and Construction: structural safety inspections (civil engineering structures and buildings), structural inspection of roofs for PV use, determination of necessary renovation work on the load-bearing structure, coordination with the building construction department in the office, as well as occasional conceptual and detailed design planning, and contributions to specifications for structural interventions. It is intended to award specialist structural design services by lot in accordance with Part 4, Section 1 of HOAI 2021, here: Lot 1 = Northern District (Ortenaukreis + Landkreis Emmendingen).
