Opportunity description

The City of Edenkoben is planning the new construction of a four-group daycare center. The new building is preferably to be constructed as a single-story building on a 2,711 m² plot located directly on Rhodter Straße. A site plan together with an aerial photograph forms part of the procurement documents. One challenge is planning the access, as access for staff and parents, in particular the parking spaces, is to be provided on parcel 2390/27 to the north. A vocational school lies between the two, and pedestrian access is to be provided across its grounds. Goods deliveries are planned via Rhodter Straße, with the option of 1-3 additional parking spaces along the southern property boundary. Although the daycare center is preferably to be constructed as a single-story building, a final determination has not yet been made; the requirements of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate for the planning of daycare centers must be observed. A cost estimate as of 27.10.2025 also forms part of the procurement documents. The figures are understood to be provisional estimates and may change over the course of the project. This notice invites tenders, as Lot 5, for the structural design services required for this purpose, with separate notices for: Lot 1 - Building design services, Lot 2 - Outdoor facilities design services, Lot 3 - Specialist design services for technical equipment, heating, ventilation and plumbing, Lot 4 - Specialist design services for electrical technical equipment. The eligible costs amount to KG 300: EUR 1,799,641.45, KG 400: EUR 804,896.10. - each estimated net. This is an initial cost estimate that may change over the course of the planning.
