The subject of the procurement was structural design planning services. The Municipality of Eppelborn intends to carry out renovation and conversion work on the Borrwieshalle in Dirmingen. The contract will be awarded in stages. Initially, service phases 1 (basic evaluation), 2 (preliminary planning) and 3 (design planning) will be awarded in service stage 1. The following will be awarded optionally - Service stage 2: Service phase 4 (approval planning) - Service stage 3: Service phases 5 (execution planning), 6 (preparation of the award procedure). There is no entitlement to the award of further services under service stages 2 and 3. The division described in Annex 1 into Stage 1 (basic stage) and Stage 2 does not relate to structural design.
