Supply and installation of an ultrapure water system and the ring main in Building 28, Hall 3. For carrying out surface treatments in the cleanroom requirements are needed (> 17.5MOhm*cm, < 30ppb TOC). All components necessary for the treatment of the ultrapure water must be newly installed and connected to the existing systems. Additional service: dismantling of the old system and the ring mains Construction and delivery of an ultrapure water system and the ring main in Building 28, Hall 3. For carrying out surface treatments in the cleanroom, ultrapure water with special (> 17.5MOhm*cm, < 30ppb TOC). All components necessary for the treatment of the ultrapure water must be newly installed and connected to the existing systems. The water from HD2 (5l/min) and the LW sink (90l/min) is returned to the tank. This water is enriched with CO2 by the processes. The system comprises: · Raw-water inlet and prefiltration from the handover point · Duplex water-softening system · Activated-carbon filtration · Reverse-osmosis system (RO) · UV disinfection · Pressure-boosting station · Polishing system (ion exchanger) · CO2 degassing system · Electrodeionization (EDI) · Piping, fittings and safety devices · Measurement, control and regulation technology · Documentation and functional testing A permeate tank is available and must be integrated into and monitored by the new system. This tank was installed in 1993. The tank is blanketed with nitrogen (N2) and must continue to ensure this function. Procedure: open.
