Execution of formal service orders pursuant to Sections 166 et seq. of the German Code of Civil Procedure for the Central Court for Payment Order Proceedings at Coburg Local Court within the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, as well as the electronic recording and transmission of the service data. The purpose of the invitation to tender is to commission a postal service provider with • collecting the service orders, • franking the service orders, • carrying out formal service nationwide pursuant to Sections 166 et seq. ZPO for the Central Court for Payment Order Proceedings at Coburg Local Court, • providing appropriate transport containers and forms for the certificates of service • forwarding the completed certificates of service (successful service) in batches to the company yet to be designated by the contracting authority (Contractor Lot 2) for electronic recording or to the contracting authority (“certificates of non-service”). The purpose of the invitation to tender is to commission a provider with • electronically recording and evaluating the information on the certificates of service, • providing the data records every working day, • providing an image file of the complete certificate of service (image) every working day, • returning the certificates of service processed on a given day in batches to the mailroom to be designated by the contracting authority.
