Opportunity description

The City of Königs Wusterhausen intends to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of traditional postal services and hybrid mail dispatch. It is divided into four lots: Lot 1 - Traditional letter mail dispatch in the State of Brandenburg Lot 2 - Traditional letter mail dispatch in Berlin Lot 3 - Traditional letter mail dispatch nationwide and internationally Lot 4 - Hybrid mail dispatch The subject of the framework agreement is the provision of postal services in accordance with the Postal Act (PostG). Thus, the services under Lots 1-3 include traditional letter mail dispatch - i.e. collection on working days, franking, transportation and delivery of all letter mail items of the City of Königs Wusterhausen, including postal service orders. Lot 4 includes hybrid mail dispatch. This is intended to enable documents that can be issued digitally and sent without an original signature to be transferred to a contractor via an interface and prepared for transmission by a shipping service provider (printing, franking, sorting and similar activities). This is a framework agreement. No guarantee can be provided regarding the quantity of mail items to be dispatched. The stated quantities may be exceeded or not reached.
