Opportunity description

Purchase of hardware security modules with operating system software (firmware) and maintenance of the hardware as well as support, divided into 2 lots. The subject matter of the tendered service is the purchase of hardware security modules with operating system software (firmware) and maintenance of the hardware as well as support. The specific division into lots and the corresponding subject matters of performance are structured as follows: Lot 1: HSM type "Utimaco" (CP5 and General Purpose) Lot 2: manufacturer-neutral HSM (General Purpose HSM with CC certification under eIDAS as well as HSMs with VS-NfD approval) Further information on the subject matter of performance can be found in the specifications attached to the procurement documents (Annex 1, Lot 1 and Lot 2). Commissioning for the provision of the services performed under this contract is generally carried out by Bundesdruckerei GmbH. In addition to Bundesdruckerei GmbH, call-offs may, in exceptional cases, also be made by secondary contracting authorities. These include the companies affiliated with Bundesdruckerei Gruppe GmbH or its subsidiaries pursuant to Sections 15 et seq. AktG, as listed in Annex 5 to this contract ("secondary contracting authorities"), and any companies arising from these companies. As things currently stand, in addition to Bundesdruckerei GmbH, the following companies may therefore be considered as secondary contracting authorities: D-Trust GmbH genua GmbH iNCO Sp. z o.o. Xecuro GmbH Maurer Electronics GmbH Maurer Electronics Split d. o.o Subject to the contractor's consent, all affiliated companies joining at a later date pursuant to Sections 15 et seq.
