Karlsruhe, Kirchfeld Barracks + Material Warehouses 1+2, framework agreement, Framework Agreement for Heating / Ventilation / Sanitary Systems (HLS), It is intended to commission specialist planning services for technical equipment in accordance with Part 4, Section 2 HOAI on the basis of a framework agreement for various projects at the Bundeswehr properties "Kirchfeld Barracks, Material Warehouses 1 + 2" in Karlsruhe. System groups 1, 2, 3 and 8 pursuant to § 53 para. 2 HOAI 2021 are to be handled. The maximum value of the framework agreement for the intended total term of 7 years is €1,100,000 net fee. This maximum value is expected to be commissioned through approximately 25 individual contracts. The chargeable costs are estimated at approximately €7,000,000 net. It is intended to conclude this framework agreement with two economic operators. Refurbishment and conversion measures as well as ongoing building maintenance measures on buildings and in the outdoor facilities are to be planned for the properties. Furthermore, measures to refurbish the building automation systems are intended. Applications must be submitted using the application for participation specified by the contracting authority.
