Opportunity description
Installation of a lifting platform General construction description The Chamber of Crafts for Upper Franconia, based in Bayreuth, is planning the construction of an education center at the Bamberg location. The construction site available for the new development consists of the properties with parcel numbers 4406/14, 4450/2, 4450/1, and partially 4408. The new building for the Bamberg education center is intended to create a sustainably identity-defining ensemble that assumes an anchor function in the district and forms the eastern boundary of the prospective urban development south of Forchheimer Straße with service and educational uses. In keeping with the characteristics of a vocational education center, the site is divided into construction-site clusters in which expansion areas are also taken into account. Internal and external access routes connect the clusters and create open spaces appropriate to their use. The orthogonal zoning is oriented toward the southern access road, as this also establishes links to the anticipated development to the west. A 10m-wide green buffer is planned along Forchheimer Straße. As a rule and in accordance with their functions, the clusters are formed by extensive single-story structures; only a four-story “Cube” at the heart of the building structure provides a symbolic landmark and marks the main entrance. A two-story vertical extension is planned for this structure as an expansion option, further reinforcing the concept. At the same time, the structure of the raised woodworking workshops terminates here. To the west, the building presents itself as a linear, layered structure with a central high point. To the east, it is comb-like, with rhythmically arranged structures and courtyards. The workshops are supplied and serviced from the east via an internal road designed for two-way traffic; the woodworking workshops are accessed via the southwestern workshop yard. The courtyard between the eastern hall structures for construction engineering represents a thematic outdoor extension of the workshops; the central courtyard remains reserved for the attractive pedestrian connection, including a link to the expansion areas. Supply, installation, connection, and fully operational commissioning of a floor-recessed vehicle lifting platform for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles with a load capacity of at least 3.5 t. The lifting platform is intended for use in a training and workshop environment and must be suitable for regular use, varying vehicle types, and robust workshop conditions. Vehicles are supported at the designated lifting points, e.g. at the sill or frame, by means of suitable adjustable support arms or lifting devices. The system must be designed as an in-ground lifting platform for installation in a concrete pit constructed by others. When lowered, the workshop floor must be as level and traversable as possible, insofar as the system permits. The lifting platform must have an operationally safe lifting, lowering, and synchronization mechanism. Lifting and lowering movements must be uniform, low-jerk, and quiet for workshop operation. The required safety devices against unintended lowering, incorrect operation, crushing points, and unsynchronized operation are part of the scope of work. The lifting devices must be designed so that different vehicle geometries can be accommodated safely. For this purpose, adjustable, telescopic, or equivalent lifting systems with suitable height-adjustable, slip-resistant, and vehicle-friendly lifting pads must be provided. Operation is via a separate control unit for wall or column mounting, in coordination with the execution planning. The control unit must be equipped with a lockable main switch or an equivalent means of securing it. Operating, fault, and safety statuses must be clearly identifiable to operating personnel. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 302,748 EUR. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
