Opportunity description

The CARDDIAB research building, which will be completed shortly, will in future house several scientific working groups, laboratories, and data-intensive research areas. Based on this situation, a scalable enterprise storage system is being put out to tender that provides sufficient capacity for current and future research data, ensures high availability, supports a broad range of protocols and workloads, and can be expanded modularly over decades. The storage system must be designed as a scalable enterprise storage system capable of achieving a total capacity of at least 10 PB. This can be achieved through scale-out architectures, clustering multiple chassis, or modular expansion units.
