With the present notice, for reasons of transparency, AOK Bayern publishes all contracts concluded under the Open House procedure for the supply of patient-specific prescribed dressings and other wound treatment products (Section 31(1a) SGB V) within the meaning of Annex Va and medical devices with the character of dressings under Annex V of the Pharmaceuticals Directive, insofar as they are not pharmacy-only, up to 12.08.2026. A list of all contracts concluded under the Open House procedure for the supply of patient-specific prescribed dressings and other wound treatment products (Section 31(1a) SGB V) within the meaning of Annex Va and medical devices with the character of dressings under Annex V of the Pharmaceuticals Directive, insofar as they are not pharmacy-only, can be found under the heading "Further information/Additional information". AOK Bayern intends to conclude non-exclusive contracts with all interested companies for the supply of patient-specific prescribed dressings and other wound treatment products (Section 31(1a) SGB V) within the meaning of Annex Va and medical devices with the character of dressings under Annex V of the Pharmaceuticals Directive, insofar as they are not pharmacy-only. AOK Bayern offers all interested companies that meet the eligibility requirements specified below the opportunity to conclude identical contracts that are not individually negotiable. The term is limited to four years; a contract may be concluded at any time during the term with effect from the first day of a month, but no later than 20.12.2029. The contract may be terminated ordinarily by either contracting party with one month’s notice effective at the end of a quarter. AOK may terminate the contracts only uniformly with respect to all contracting parties. Its right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected. A contract will be concluded with all interested companies that provide a declaration of reliability.
