Opportunity description
The Rhein-Kreis Neuss is the authority responsible for the emergency medical service in the Rhein-Kreis Neuss (§ 6 para. 1 RettG NRW) . Like the large district-affiliated cities of Neuss and Dormagen, the Rhein-Kreis Neuss is also the authority responsible for ambulance stations (§ 6 para. 2 RettG) in the cities of Grevenbroich, Jüchen, Korschenbroich, Meerbusch and the municipality of Rommerskirchen. The operators (§ 13 para. 1 RettG) of these ten stations in total are the recognized aid organizations Deutsches Rotes Kreuz, Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe and Malteser Hilfsdienst. The Rhein-Kreis Neuss now intends to standardize the procurement of medical consumables for all stations. For this purpose, a framework agreement is hereby put out to tender, from which the stations can order items online according to their needs. The bidder must meet the following two main criteria, which are described in detail in this invitation to tender: • Online shop for a closed user group (each station) with a defined shopping basket and statistical analysis functions for the contracting authority (AG) • Lowest average price for the items contained in the shopping basket. In doing so, the AG aims to achieve several synergy effects, which the bidder should support with the service offered: • More favorable terms through aggregation of demand from all stations • Establishment of a uniform stock of medical consumables in terms of both quality and professional requirements • Transparency of consumption in the interests of effective quality management • Provision of a valid basis for calculating deployment costs RettG NRW: Act on the Emergency Medical Service as well as Emergency Rescue and Patient Transport by Companies (Rescue Act NRW - RettG NRW) of 24 November 1992 GV. NW. p. 458, renamed in § 30 by the Act of 25 March 2015 (GV. NRW. p. 305), entered into force on 1 April 2015 Procedure: open.
