Germany – Medical equipment – Installation and commissioning of operating table systems

Opportunity description

The objective of this procurement procedure is the procurement, installation and commissioning of several operating table systems for the central operating theatre of Klinikum Garmisch-Partenkirchen at the Garmisch-Partenkirchen site. The contractor assumes responsibility for the complete performance of the tendered services and project responsibility, with the following scope: - Clarification of the installation requirements - Participation in determining the structural requirements for accommodating the new systems - Submission of planning documents for the installation of the systems - Professional dismantling and optional return/purchase of the existing tables together with accessories. - Preparation of the installation, bringing in the systems and carrying out the installation - Installation/integration into the existing system environment - Instruction and training of personnel - Commissioning, system testing, support during trial operation, functional and safety acceptance, and handover to the hospital - Service, maintenance and care of the systems during and after the warranty period, for a term of 10 years. The assembly and installation services are expected to be performed during the period 09.11.2026 - 13.11.2026. The assembly and installation services must be completed no later than 18.12.2026. Items marked as "optional" or as contingent items (see specifications, Chapter 1.3) may also be commissioned by the contracting authority after the award of the contract and within the warranty period at the terms offered.
