Germany – Medical equipment, pharmaceuticals and personal care products – Conclusion of a contract for the supply of CGM systems pursuant to Section 127(1) SGB V

Opportunity description

AOK Niedersachsen intends to conclude a contract pursuant to Section 127(1) SGB V (negotiated contract with an option to join pursuant to Section 127(2) SGB V) for the supply of CGM systems (PG30) to insured persons. The characteristics of the products and services can be found in the product description in the List of Medical Aids pursuant to Section 139 SGB V. AOK Niedersachsen is prepared to conduct contract negotiations with any interested service provider prequalified pursuant to Section 126(1), sentence 2 SGB V. The contract does not include any entitlement to carry out a specific number of supplies to persons covered by statutory health insurance, nor any specific delivery quantity.
