Partial renewal of the radiology department - Replacement of the angiography system and fluoroscopy equipment at St. Vincenz Hospital Limburg The aim of the measure is to replace the existing interventional X-ray system with a state-of-the-art interventional and neuroradiological angiography system, including a coupled contrast medium pump. The system must meet current and future requirements for image quality, radiation minimization, workflow optimization, user-friendliness, and system integration. The angiography system is intended for: - acute and elective neuroradiological procedures (e.g. thrombectomies, aneurysm coilings), - vascular interventions in the head and neck region, thorax and abdomen, as well as on joints, - high-precision vascular imaging and image-guided performance of minimally invasive procedures. The integrated contrast medium pump must ensure precise, reproducible, and safe administration and be technically integrated into the system environment. The aim of the measure is to replace the existing fluoroscopy unit with a modern, high-performance system that meets current requirements for image quality, dose optimization, user-friendliness, and digital integration. The new fluoroscopy unit must ensure high-quality, dose-optimized imaging support for diagnostic and interventional procedures. It is intended in particular for performing general radiological fluoroscopy examinations as well as providing image-guided support for interventional procedures, thereby making a significant contribution to maintaining modern, high-performance patient care across sectors.
