The Municipality of Cremlingen intends to award the necessary metal construction work for façades and sun protection for the construction of a new fire station with an ambulance station in Cremlingen. 1.1 The subject of this invitation to tender is "façade work" such as windows, façades, doors, and a sun protection system for the "Fire Station and Ambulance Station" construction project in Cremlingen near Wolfenbüttel. The contracting authority is the Municipality of Cremlingen, Ostdeutsche Straße 22, 38162 Cremlingen. 1.2 Costs arising from the points listed below must be included in the corresponding work items, unless they are ancillary services pursuant to VOB/C or separate items have been put out to tender. 1.3 Division of building sections and invoicing: The project consists of 2 connected building sections: the fire station and the ambulance station, spatially divided at axis 8. These building sections must be invoiced separately from one another wherever possible.
