New construction of the Leibniz Institute for Regional Geography e.V. on Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz in Leipzig. Metalwork is hereby put out to tender. The construction project is part of the redesign of Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz in Leipzig city center. Following a preceding architectural competition, a new institute building is being constructed for the Leibniz Institute for Regional Geography Leipzig, consisting of an underground parking garage, ground floor and mezzanine floor, as well as six upper floors. The sustainable building also features a green roof, extensive interior greenery in the multi-story atrium and a geothermal system. With the present invitation to tender, the metalwork services are being put out to tender. - 150m stair and slab-edge railings with bar infill incl. steel stringers - 7m stair and landing railings with bar and rail infill - 2.5m handrail railing with 2 posts - 415m steel handrails - 27m wooden handrails - 1 steel staircase structure with 7 stair treads and 1 landing L*W=1.20*2.94m on 4 steel columns (HEA100) and horizontal frame (HEA100). Surfaces made of grating. - 1 ceiling installation grid L*W 10.95*14.80m made of approx. 250m UAP-100*50*8.5/5.5 structural steel sections, fastened beneath the ceiling on 54 hangers - 15 checker plates, total area 15m2 in 9 different sizes on 54 m of 45*30*4mm angle steel and various T- and flat-steel sections - 7 checker plates, total area 11m2 in 5 different sizes on 39 m of angle steel - 7 light-well covers in 3 different dimensions, load class B125 - 1 emergency ladder system, ladder height incl. landing approx. 6m - 100 single bicycle racks with high and low positioning - 40 double bicycle racks with extendable guide rail - 1 steel-sheet impact guard, length 2.00m - 1 grating cover 1x1m Procedure: open.
