New Construction of Alsfeld District Hospital, Metal Construction Work 1 (Aluminum-Glass Façade Elements), KKA The construction project described below is a new hospital building intended as a replacement for the existing Alsfeld District Hospital, which is planned to be demolished in the future. The planned new building is a basic-care hospital. The new building takes the form of a four-story cuboid, with the upper floors offset from the ground floor. The main entrance is located beneath the overhang. The necessary technical service centers will be set back and arranged as subordinate structural elements on the roof surface of the building. The subject of the invitation to tender is metal construction work. The work comprises the manufacture, delivery, and installation of aluminum-glass building elements and their connections to the building structure. The building elements comprise window elements consisting of outer frames, sash frames, fixed glazing, and opaque panels from the basement to the 3rd upper floor, as well as post-and-beam structures with large-area glazing on the ground floor and the 3rd upper floor, including electrically powered sun-protection systems (external venetian blinds). Furthermore, the work includes the delivery and installation of a revolving door (ground floor, main entrance), various exterior aluminum-glass doors on the ground floor, and sheet-steel doors on the 3rd upper floor in the area of the technical service centers. Glazing work is an additional subject of this invitation to tender. The work comprises the delivery, installation, and sealing of all glass panes and infill panels. Procedure: open.
