Metalwork Construction of a town hall extension building for the Pfullingen municipal administration, on the edge of the historic old town. In the future, the extension building will directly adjoin the existing historic town hall. The town hall is a cultural monument. To provide access to the new extension, interventions in the building fabric of the old building dating from 1685 and the extension dating from 1905 are also necessary. Extensive conversion and renovation measures will be carried out in the existing building. All building components will be repaired and the building services equipment will be renewed. Work in the existing building during ongoing operations. The following work is required for the metalwork trade: - Parapet upstands, approx. 40 linear m - Railings and handrails, indoors and outdoors, approx. 110 linear m - Window fall protection systems, approx. 50 units - Other small structures (cladding for windows and sub-distribution boards, etc.) Procedure: open.
