Metal interior doors The Municipality of Grefrath is planning the modernization and redesign of the town hall - for this purpose, the existing building worthy of preservation is to be modernized and expanded with a new two- or three-story (split-level) building without a basement. This will connect barrier-free to the existing old building by means of a small connecting structure. The structural shell provided by the client consists of a reinforced-concrete core, predominantly constructed using cast-in-place concrete, as well as single-leaf masonry for the exterior walls (north façade and both gable ends). The carpentry work supplements the structural shell with a two-story timber supporting structure and a projecting balcony on the south side, as well as the roof supporting structure on the north and south sides. The subject of the invitation to tender comprises the following services, including all preparatory and finishing work: - 4 units single-leaf aluminum-framed door with fixed side panel T30/RS - 2 units single-leaf aluminum-framed door with fixed side panel and transom window T30/RS - 10 units single-leaf aluminum-framed door T30/RS - 2 units single-leaf aluminum-framed door with fixed side panel F0 - 1 unit multi-part aluminum-and-glass wall system with double-leaf automatic sliding door system - 1 unit multi-part aluminum-and-glass wall system with single-leaf hinged door - 10 units single-leaf sheet-steel doors T30-RS Procedure: open.
