Dear Sir or Madam, Heidelberg University Hospital is planning to procure a modern 3P/2P multiphoton system for research applications. In advance of a possible procurement procedure, we are conducting a non-binding market consultation pursuant to § 28 VgV. The aim is to obtain an overview of the systems currently available on the market, technical innovations, and possible equipment and service concepts. As part of the market consultation, UKHD would also like to determine which solution approaches and service options the relevant market currently offers for this subject matter of the contract, what experience and recommendations market participants can contribute, and the price range within which the corresponding services fall. We ask interested companies to provide us with information on their available solutions, technical specifications, optional extensions, service and maintenance offerings, and price indications. Participation in this market consultation is voluntary and does not establish any entitlement to participate in a subsequent procurement procedure.
