Opportunity description
For LAB NI, the contractors are to provide medical care in the form of a medical station and medical care analogous to general practitioner care, as well as the performance of initial examinations (Lot 1), and the social services incl. violence protection coordination and recreational education services (Lot 2) at the Osnabrück site, which are to be put out to tender and awarded. The Osnabrück site is located in the Westerberg district of the city of Osnabrück, which has good transport connections. The facility is connected to local public transport and can be reached directly from the railway station and the city center. In addition to LAB NI, the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) and two independent procedural counseling services are located on the premises. Individual services such as the security service, medical care through the medical station, social services, catering and cleaning are provided by external contractors. On the premises there is an accommodation building with a protected area for women, a large modern canteen, a medical station with an initial examination area and a sports hall. Other buildings house facilities such as childcare and a community center with various recreational activities. In addition, an infectious diseases outpatient clinic is located on the premises; it is not affiliated with LAB NI and treats external patients. The Osnabrück site has a maximum accommodation capacity of 729 persons. In justified exceptional cases, state requirements may furthermore result in additional persons being admitted beyond the maximum admission capacity. Due to regular fluctuations, no precise information can be provided regarding the daily number of arrivals and departures and thus the number of persons regularly requiring care. Furthermore, care must also be ensured in the event of temporary over-occupancy (temporary over-occupancy by a maximum of 5% for up to 2 weeks) and/or in special cases. In this case, the service will be invoiced in accordance with the bid sheet. Further details regarding the nature and scope of the contract can be found in the service description - Technical Section (Part B). Procedure: open.
