Opportunity description

The Deutsche Bundesbank intends the permanent provision of standard software in the form of a keyword-based test automation solution with integrated test management for the automation of functional user interface tests in web applications. An economic operator (hereinafter: bidder) is sought who meets the requirements for the provision of software licenses for an on-premise solution. At the beginning of the contract term, the permanent provision of licenses for 50 users is planned. For automated test execution, licenses for 10 remote execution instances (compatible with internal Virtual Clients) must additionally be provided. The software to be provided must contain integrated test management functions to the extent described as an integral part of the standard software. If a license server is required for use of the software, the costs incurred for this must be stated in the price sheet C4_Anlage 2_zum_EVB-IT Systemvertrag_Preisblatt_25-2000067246-1. The contract must contain provisions enabling the Deutsche Bundesbank, as the contracting authority, to flexibly increase or reduce the scope of the licenses (number of user licenses and licenses for remote execution instances) during the contract term at specified conditions. In addition, the provision of administrator training and train-the-trainer training on the use of the solution must be included as an optional component of the contract. However, supportive assistance from the contractor is required for the initial setup and establishment of operational readiness.
