Opportunity description

Provision of inspection and supervisory services for the transshipment and dredged material treatment facilities in Francop, Moorburg, and Finkenwerder Vorhafen. For the landside acceptance of dredged material, the HPA operates various transshipment and dredged material treatment facilities in Francop, Finkenwerder Vorhafen, Moorburg Mitte/Ost, and Ellerholz that are approved under the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG). Through a Europe-wide negotiated procedure, the inspection and monitoring services for the above-mentioned treatment facilities during a flushing operation and the transshipment work are to be awarded to an external company. The Contractor's inspection duties include supervising and regulating the flushing pipelines before and during a flushing operation, identifying leaks and anomalies, and reporting them immediately should they occur. The duties also include maintaining a construction diary recording essential data such as start/end time, temperature, date, etc. The Contractor is responsible for the proper documentation of the entire measure.
