Germany – Monitoring and control services – Framework agreement for the operation and maintenance of water management facilities, TRL Nachterstedt/Schadeleben

Opportunity description

- Operation and maintenance of a groundwater abstraction facility (21 operational filter wells, 8 non-operational filter wells), consisting of WM pumps, riser pipes, pipeline fittings, pipeline discharge system, probes, control cables, power cables, low-voltage installations including control cabinets, frequency converters, sine filters, control cabinet air-conditioning units, digital data acquisition system, fencing systems) - Operation and maintenance of a pipeline connection between two former open-pit mine voids - Operation and maintenance of a pumping station - Operation and maintenance of peripheral facilities and electronic measuring systems - Repair and special services as call-off services The contract is being tendered as a framework agreement with services to be firmly commissioned and call-off services (from Section 06 of the bill of quantities). The services will be commissioned and invoiced discontinuously as required via individual order (call-off) in AVA@LMBV . The quantity estimates listed in the bill of quantities from Section 06 onward for the call-off services constitute non-binding estimated values. The quantity estimates reflect the current planning status. There is neither an entitlement to a minimum quantity nor to the stated total quantities. No claims whatsoever may be made for overhead allocations not earned due to call-offs not being made. Overhead allocations (WuG, BGK, AGK) will be remunerated exclusively in connection with the individual call-off.
