The subject matter of the contract is the purchase and subsequent delivery (transfer of ownership) of two passenger cars of vehicle category M1 (pursuant to Framework Directive 2007/46/EC in conjunction with the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations [StVZO], Annex XXIX [to Section 20(3a), fourth sentence], EC vehicle categories), which also belong to the "large-capacity vans" or "utilities" vehicle segments of the German Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA). The vehicles classified accordingly must each have seven seats plus a driver's seat, be equipped with special police installations for use as unmarked emergency vehicles, and have a maximum permissible gross weight of 3.5 t.
