VR software development and purchase of VR headsets The subject of the tender is the design, development, implementation, testing and ready-for-operation handover of a modular virtual reality (VR) learning module to promote the resilience and practical skills of children and young people aged 7 to 14 in crisis and dangerous situations, as well as the procurement of the corresponding hardware (15 VR headsets + accessories). The learning module is intended to convey real everyday situations in the field of civil protection in a safe virtual environment. The aim is to provide children and young people with age-appropriate basic knowledge and practical skills for extraordinary events and to strengthen their self-efficacy in dealing with crisis situations. Module 1 - Fire safety education The application conveys, among other things, • recognizing a dangerous situation, • behavior in the event of smoke development, • correctly leaving a building, • use of escape routes, • behavior at assembly points, • making an emergency call, • cooperation with adults and emergency personnel. The focus is on correct behavior and not on depicting a fire event. Module 2 - Blackout The application conveys, among other things, • recognizing a power outage, • orientation without electrical aids, • remaining calm, • communication within the family, • handling flashlights, • importance of emergency supplies, • obtaining information, • energy-saving behavior, • solidarity and mutual support. The application is intended for use in schools, extracurricular educational institutions, as well as at public information and prevention events.
