Germany – Natural gas – Dynamic purchasing system for natural gas supplies from 2025 for public contracting authorities in Baden-Württemberg

Gt-service Dienstleistungsgesellschaft mbH of the Gemeindetag Baden-Württemberg (Gt-service), acting on behalf of and with the authority of municipalities, their legally dependent and independent institutions and municipal special-purpose associations, as well as their institutions in Baden-Württemberg, has established a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for tendering natural gas supplies to the participants' delivery points (see notice 279749-2024). Previously, the DPS comprised 302 participants with approximately 4,000 delivery points and approximately 630,000 MWh/year. The DPS has been expanded to include the City of Blumberg with approximately 13 delivery points and approximately 1,200 MWh/year.
