Opportunity description

The subject of the tender is the supply of natural gas to various delivery points of Lower Saxony municipalities, associations, and municipal enterprises in the Lüneburg District. The type and scope of the service are set out in the service description and the other procurement documents. The supply period begins on 01.01.2027 at 06:00 and ends on 01.01.2029 at 06:00. The supply period is therefore two years. The specific start of supply for individual delivery points may differ from the stated supply period. In this respect, the information in the service description and its annexes (in particular the overview of delivery points) is authoritative. Unless otherwise stipulated in the service description or its annexes, the respective start of supply on 01.01.2027 at 06:00 shall apply as the commencement of supply. The supply covers a total of approximately 744 delivery points. The forecast reference consumption is: • for the year 2027: 95.972.348 kWh/a • for the year 2028: 94.822.096 kWh/a • No production specifications are stipulated with regard to the subject matter of the tender. For further details, reference is made to the information in the service description. The participants’ delivery points were divided by the contracting authority into 8 regional and individual lots. For a detailed presentation of the lots, reference is made to the lot presentation attached as Annex 1.4 to the service description. The bidder may submit bids for one lot, several lots, or all lots.
