Opportunity description

The subject of the tender is the supply of natural gas for two members (Municipality of Inden & Municipality of Nörvenich) of the Intermunicipal Central Procurement Office (MILAN) in North Rhine-Westphalia. The nature and scope of the service are set out in the service description and the other procurement documents. The supply period begins on 01.01.2027 at 06:00 and ends on 01.01.2029 at 06:00. The supply period is therefore two years. The specific start of supply for individual delivery points may differ from the stated supply period. In this respect, the information in the service description and its annexes (in particular the overview of delivery points) shall be authoritative. Unless otherwise stipulated in the service description or its annexes, the respective start of supply on 01.01.2027 at 06:00 shall apply as the commencement of supply. The supply covers a total of approximately 38 delivery points.
