Conclusion of a new natural gas supply contract for the period 2027-2028, with the possibility of extending the contract if the supply contract is not terminated for the 2029 supply year. The subject of the tender is the supply of gas during the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028, with the possibility of extending the contract if it is not terminated for the 2029 supply year: spot-market supply of natural gas to an RLM delivery point of the Mannheim Sports and Leisure Department (Herzogenried combined swimming pool, combined heat and power plant). For the option period, it shall be possible to procure the gas on the spot market (100%) or, optionally, using a mixed model on the futures market / spot market (50% each). The tender is for the supply of gas, including network use, as an all-inclusive gas supply in accordance with the model spot gas supply contract for 2 years, with an option to extend for one year if not terminated. According to the contracting authority’s forecast, the tendered supply volume per year is approximately 4,312,500 kWh. Procedure: open.
