Supply of natural gas for the University of Cologne The subject of the invitation to tender is the supply of natural gas for the University of Cologne (UzK) for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028. There is an option for a one-time extension of the contract term by one year and thus until no later than 31.12.2029. The UzK currently operates 28 delivery points with a standard load profile (SLP). The forecast total natural gas demand for the tendered delivery years amounts to approximately 1.5 GWh annually. Detailed information on the individual delivery points can be found in the attached list of delivery points. The tender is for delivery free to the customer's delivery points, i.e. including the handling of network usage. The contractual energy prices for the delivery years 2027 and 2028 will each be fixed in two structurally identical, horizontal tranches. If the contract term is extended for another delivery year, the energy price for the extension period will be calculated analogously to the pricing for the delivery years 2027 and 2028.
