There will be no limitation on the number of tenders submitted and no limitation on the number of awards. Lot 7 Cargo Trousers Business & Airport Security Content: Premium cargo trousers & multi-cargo operational trousers Airport Security Estimated quantity at the time of publication: 559 call-off items The contractor shall manufacture and deliver occupational safety and service clothing items for employees of Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH (FBB) in accordance with the contracting authority’s specifications. The implementation phase begins immediately upon the legally effective award (or upon commencement of the contract). The service requirements are specified in detail in the service description. The contractor shall provide no delivery services during the implementation phase. The implementation phase is dedicated to the contractor’s comprehensive preparation for the commencement of delivery services (commencement of performance), expected from 01.01.2027. During this phase, the contractor shall carry out all preparatory measures necessary for the smooth commencement of service provision. These include, in particular, validation of logo application, procurement of fitting sizes, placement of the order to build up inventory at the contracting authority, as well as introduction and training in the new clothing range. Immediately following the implementation phase - with the first delivery of items for building up inventory - the basic contract term with regular operations begins upon the full commencement of performance. The fixed contract term is 60 months. The estimated quantities under the framework agreement can be found in the service description.
