Opportunity description

Delivery, assembly, and ready-for-use installation of office furniture and seating furniture for the move into a renovated existing building for the Ravensburg District Office. The subject of this procurement procedure is the delivery, assembly, and ready-for-use installation of the complete office furniture equipment for the Ravensburg District Office. The building comprises a ground floor and eight upper floors with a total of approximately 170 office workstations, meeting rooms of various sizes, seminar and break rooms, reception and consultation areas, as well as a PIK station. The scope of services includes electrically height-adjustable desks with acoustic rear panels, ergonomic swivel office chairs, meeting and conference tables, storage systems (sliding-door, hinged-door, coat, and locker cabinets), lounge and break-room furniture, as well as a custom-made PIK counter structure.
