SMD_BTC: Final construction and fine construction cleaning KMG Kliniken Thüringen-Brandenburg GmbH is constructing the replacement new building “Building Section C” for the hospital at the Sömmerda site. The subject of the procurement is the performance of final construction/completion cleaning as well as fine construction/initial cleaning prior to commissioning and handover to the user. The replacement new building comprises a basement, ground floor, three upper floors used for hospital and administrative purposes, as well as a technical services floor. The total floor area to be cleaned is approximately 3,494 m². In addition, there are glass surfaces, façade glazing, doors, wall tiles, stairways, technical areas, roof surfaces and outdoor facilities. The cleaning services comprise in particular: final construction/completion cleaning and fine construction/initial cleaning of all room and functional areas, cleaning of office, administrative, lounge, sanitary, technical, storage and hospital function rooms, cleaning of corridors, stairwells, elevators and entrance areas, cleaning of PVC, tile, cast-stone and epoxy resin floors, cleaning of wall tiles and wall protection coverings, cleaning of interior and exterior glazing, including façade, window, door and skylight glazing, cleaning of aluminum, glass and engineered-wood doors, cleaning of roof surfaces, including parapets, drains and technical installations, cleaning of adjacent outdoor facilities, removal and disposal of protective coverings, as well as disposal of the dirt generated during cleaning. The building includes areas with heightened cleanliness and dust-free requirements, particularly hospital and care areas, intensive care unit areas, administrative rooms, the cafeteria, and technical function rooms. Cleaning must be performed in a manner appropriate to the materials, in compliance with the manufacturers’ instructions and the relevant technical regulations. The services must be performed in sections over two construction phases. A time interruption between the construction phases must be factored in. Procedure: open.
