Arrangement of family service services for the employees of the State Road Construction Agency of North Rhine-Westphalia for 2027-2030. The compatibility of work and private life is a high priority at Straßen.NRW. Family-friendly personnel policy is particularly important against the backdrop of demographic change. Straßen.NRW supports its employees with a wide range of measures to help them reconcile work and family life and continuously works to increase its attractiveness as an employer. Support from a "family service" is intended to make a significant contribution to increasing family-friendliness and relieving the burden on employees. Family-supportive and family-oriented personnel development aims to create framework conditions that enable employees to reconcile work and family life. This applies to the care of children and relatives in need of care. Employees may also make use of the consultation service for their own care-related questions. The objective is a contract with external service providers for advising employees and for services involving the actual care of employees and their relatives in these two areas. It is intended to conclude contractual arrangements with service providers concerning 3.1 information, consultation, support and arrangement services for all questions relating to childcare, 3.2 information, consultation and support services for all questions relating to the need for assistance, support and care (employees and their relatives), 3.3 arrangement of suitable household assistance to improve the compatibility of work and family life, 3.4 webinars and in-house specialist events on the topics of childcare and the need for assistance, support and care.
