The following scope of work is to be carried out: Work area, 4th construction phase: East section - Maintenance coating of aluminium façade cladding in front of the columns, 1st-3rd upper floors - Maintenance coating of HPL façade cladding in front of the columns, ground floor to 3rd upper floor - Final coating of the renewed aluminium sheet cladding of the columns, pre-primed by the client Work area, 5th construction phase: West section - Maintenance coating of aluminium façade cladding in front of the columns, 1st-3rd upper floors - Maintenance coating of HPL façade cladding in front of the columns, ground floor to 3rd upper floor - Final coating of the renewed aluminium sheet cladding of the columns, pre-primed by the client 4th construction phase: 4 weeks, June 2027 5th construction phase: 4 weeks, June 2028 Further details can be found in the bill of quantities.
