Painting work, 4th construction phase. The City of Seelze intends to subject the north wing of the Regenbogenschule to comprehensive modernization, renovation and structural optimization. This step constitutes the fourth construction phase of the overall project, following the construction of a cafeteria extension, the erection of a temporary building to accommodate the affected classes, and the renovation of the south wing. The services to be provided under the tender "Painting Work, 4th Construction Phase (BA)" essentially comprise painting work on walls and ceilings, exterior painting, varnishing work, acrylic joints, as well as plastering and filling work.
