Painting work (Building Sections C + F) The City of Seelze intends to extend and convert the Bertolt Brecht Comprehensive School in Seelze. A new extension building is planned, consisting of a 4-story structure (Building Section A). Conversion work will be carried out in building wings B, C, D, and E, as well as in Building Section H, a former kiosk building. The existing sports hall, Building Section F, will receive an extension (single-court sports hall). The first construction phase comprises the new construction of Building Section A and the conversion work on Building Sections B and H. The second construction phase includes the planned conversion work on Building Section C and the new construction of the sports hall (Building Section F). This bill of quantities includes the painting work in Building Section C, which is to be renovated, as well as the work in the new sports hall building.
