Opportunity description
The painting work comprises all coating, filling, wallpapering and sealing work in the interior and exterior areas of the fire station building. The work to be carried out includes substrate preparation, primers, filling, intermediate and final coats on lime-cement plaster, plasterboard and concrete surfaces, as well as the required protective and covering measures. The work will be carried out in sections and partly before the installation work, meaning that several execution phases must be taken into account. In the vehicle hall, wash hall, technical, storage, sanitary, office and training areas, several thousand square metres of wall and ceiling surfaces in total will be treated with high-quality, low-emission emulsion coatings. Special requirements apply with regard to wet scrub resistance, resistance to disinfectants, and protection against mould and moisture in wash and sanitary areas. In the office and training rooms, Q3 filling, painter’s fleece coverings and high-quality paint systems must also be applied. In addition, the specifications include the coating of steel frames, steel doors, other structural steel components and pipes, including the necessary pretreatments and corrosion protection measures. The services are supplemented by coatings for exterior ceilings, acrylic and silicone sealants, as well as all required connection, maintenance and joint work for the complete finishing of the surfaces. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 85,348.16 EUR. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
